Christian Stoll

Moderne Blumen-Ornamentik

Christian Stoll was a 19th-century German lithographer and designer whose Moderne Blumen-Ornamentik (First Edition, c. 1840) is one of the most visually spectacular floral ornament books of the period. The large-format plates — measuring 12½ × 19 in. — are rendered with exceptional detail and vivid original hand-coloring, making them among the most sought-after decorative prints of the 19th century.
